Nowadays the food substances contain large amounts of fat content which is the real enemy of the human beings. Every person in this world will love to become slim but it has become a really tough task. The excessive fat content present in the body mixes with the blood and forms several blocks in it. This is the major cause of many heart diseases occurring to the human beings. To reduce the tummy one must have a regular balanced diet. The food substances that we eat must be healthy and rich of nutrients like proteins, vitamins and minerals. The best source of these nutrients is the frits and green vegetables. There is a famous saying that an apple everyday keeps the doctor away. The other way is to reduce the body is by regularly performing physical exercise like cycling, swimming and walking. The main reason for man being fat is the laziness. Once it is destroyed half the work will already be done. One must remember the fact that it is pretty difficult to reduce the body but it is not an impossible thing.

tongueTongue has a great significance in our human body since it forms the strongest muscle in the whole body. This directly refers to the amount of words we speak through the tongue. It is also one of the sensory organs which provide us the sense of taste. The taste sense that we feel often is due to the sole responsibility of the taste buds present on the tongue. Due to the presence of those taste buds one can differentiate tastes like sweet, bitter and many more. For the proper functioning of the taste buds and the tongue must provide a perfect care for the tongue. When those taste buds are subjected to some extreme conditions like severe hot or cold, there is a strong possibility of the taste buds getting damaged. This can directly affect the tongue and the taste it provides. There is an extreme possibility that we may lose our taste sense when proper care is not given to the tongue. If the body temperature increases, there is a good chance of occurrence of heat boils on the tongue after which the person finds difficult to eat. If a particular problem persists for longer periods then it is advised to consult a doctor.

Donate blood to stay fit

Blood is the most important and major part of our body and it is impossible to sustain life without blood. The major function of the blood is to impart oxygen to the cells and enhance the supply of nutrients to the body. The life saving blood is categorized in to three parts namely the RBCs, WBCs and blood platelets. The blood mainly constitutes of fluid along with a lot of nutrients, proteins and other useful substances. There is a well known fact that a loss of one drop of blood leads to the formation of two drops of blood. Hence it is very important to donate blood to others which can sometimes be life saving. This serves both purposes of imparting new oxygenated blood to the receiver and the formation of refreshed blood in the donor’s body. The donor’s health is improved as a result of blood donation which is why it is considered as more important. Nowadays doctors advise the people to donate blood at least once in three months to stay healthier. Donating the blood also expels the impure blood present in the body. Before donating the blood proper medical checks are performed and the blood is examined before injecting in to another person.
